Report a bug or send feedback

Email admin@crabwarelabs.com. To help us reproduce and fix a problem quickly, include:

• Your ChatDbg version (find it under Account → Learn more → About).
• Your Windows version (10 or 11, and the build if you know it).
• What you did, what you expected, and what actually happened.
• If it is safe to share, your log folder contents (Settings → Advanced → Open log folder).

Please do not send binaries, model keys, or anything you are not authorized to share. We only need enough to reproduce the issue.

Purchase, key, or refund help

For a Creem order, missing license email, activation problem, or refund, write from the buyer email and include the Creem order number if available. Never email your full license key.
